GoAds provides an AI-powered vendor reputation and marketing ecosystem designed for local retail businesses, healthcare clinics, pathology labs, pharmacies, emergency service providers, and service professionals.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all personal, commercial, and operational information entrusted to us by our vendors and their customers.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our automated Google review management, AI review auto-replies, and daily social media marketing services, we collect the following categories of information:
A. Vendor Account & Profile Data
- Identity & Contact Details: Business owner/representative full name, business legal entity name, email address, mobile phone number, physical operating address, and business category (e.g., Doctor/Clinic, Pathology Lab, Pharmacy, Ambulance Service, Retail Outlet).
- Operating Metadata: Operating hours, official website, branch locations, and tax/trade identifiers necessary for merchant verification.
B. Google Business Profile & Review Data
- Google Business Profile Integration: Google Location ID, business name, verified physical address, and OAuth authentication tokens granted by you during account linking.
- Customer Review Data: Public customer reviews posted on your Google Business Profile, including reviewer public display name, star rating (1–5 stars), written review commentary, review timestamp, and review reply status.
C. Meta Platform Integration Data (Instagram & Facebook)
- Connected Accounts: Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID, and Meta Graph API OAuth tokens required to publish and schedule automated posts on your behalf.
D. AI Marketing & Generated Content
- Generated Creatives: Daily marketing graphics, promotional banners, AI-drafted captions, trending hashtags, and publishing schedule logs.
- AI Review Responses: Automated drafts and published replies generated by our natural language processing models.
E. Technical, Telemetry & Device Information
- IP address, unique device identifiers (Android ID, Advertising ID), device model, operating system version, browser type, network operator, crash telemetry, and diagnostic logs collected via standard SDKs (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics).
3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Specifically, regarding data accessed via Google APIs (including Google Business Profile API):
- Strict Purpose Limitation: We only access Google data to read incoming reviews, display reputation analytics in your GoAds dashboard, and publish responses that you have authorized or configured via Auto-Reply settings.
- No Human Viewing of Sensitive Tokens: OAuth refresh and access tokens are encrypted using AES-256 and stored in secure key vaults. No GoAds employee or contractor accesses raw authentication credentials.
- No Sale of Google User Data: We NEVER sell, rent, lease, or monetize data retrieved from Google APIs to third-party data brokers, advertisers, or aggregators.
- No Unauthorized AI Model Training: Google review content accessed via official APIs is strictly used to generate specific responses for your business and is NEVER used to train public, generalized foundation models.
- User Revocation: You can disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time from the GoAds App settings or directly through your Google Account Security Dashboard.
4. Meta Platform Policy (Instagram & Facebook) Compliance
GoAds integrates with the official Meta Graph API (including the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Pages API) in strict compliance with the Meta Platform Terms & Developer Policies.
- We request only approved permissions (e.g.,
pages_manage_posts,instagram_basic,instagram_content_publish) strictly necessary to publish your daily approved posts. - Tokens are renewed securely via official OAuth refresh protocols and revoked immediately upon vendor disconnection.
- We never spam, scrape user profiles, or post unauthorized content. Every automated post corresponds directly to your verified business vertical.
5. Artificial Intelligence Processing & Vendor Editorial Control
GoAds utilizes advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI algorithms to streamline your reputation and social presence:
- Sentiment Detection: Reviews are categorized into Positive (4-5 stars), Neutral (3 stars), or Negative (1-2 stars) to tailor appropriate tones.
- Vendor Editorial Control: You maintain 100% editorial authority. The Auto-Reply feature can be toggled ON or OFF at any time inside the mobile app or web portal. When OFF, replies are saved as editable drafts awaiting your manual confirmation.
- Industry-Tailored Creatives: Posts for Doctors emphasize health education and hygiene; Pathology centers focus on diagnostic awareness; Pharmacies focus on medicine guidance; Ambulance providers focus on emergency contact protocols.
6. Data Security & Storage
We implement multi-layered administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit: All communications between the GoAds mobile app, web browsers, and cloud servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS).
- Encryption at Rest: Database records, authentication tokens, and backup archives are encrypted using military-grade AES-256 encryption.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy
We retain your operational data only for as long as your GoAds account remains active. Upon your request for account termination:

GoAds is an enterprise commercial marketing platform designed exclusively for business owners, medical professionals, and adult merchants aged 18 and older. We do not solicit or knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we discover that personal information from a minor has been inadvertently collected, we will immediately purge such data from our systems.
9. Your Legal Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Indian DPDP Act)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you are entitled to the following statutory rights:

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Vendor", "User", or "Customer") and Ourdeals Technologies Private Limited ("GoAds", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the GoAds Mobile Application or GoAds Web Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and discontinue any use of our web services.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
- You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to bind the commercial business or clinic you represent.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete business information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your GoAds account.
- You must notify us immediately at
support@goads.aiupon suspecting any unauthorized access or security breach.
3. License & Permitted Use
GoAds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the GoAds mobile app and web platform solely for managing your business's online reputation, generating Google Review QR materials, and automating social media publishing.
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the GoAds application or backend APIs.
- Use the service to generate deceptive, fabricated, fraudulent, or paid Google Reviews in violation of Google's User Contributed Content Policies.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the GoAds platform to third parties without prior written authorization.
- Interfere with or compromise the security, integrity, or operational stability of our infrastructure.
4. AI Automated Features & Editorial Responsibility
- AI Review Replies: The AI generates suggested responses based on review context. While calibrated for professional courtesy, you acknowledge that automated replies are generated algorithmically. You have the option to review drafts or toggle Auto-Reply OFF.
- Healthcare & Regulated Verticals: Doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and pathology centers are strictly responsible for ensuring that all generated posts comply with local medical council guidelines, drug advertising laws, and ethical medical codes in their jurisdiction. GoAds does not provide medical advice.
- Social Media Publishing: You grant GoAds the technical authorization to publish approved creatives directly to your connected Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile channels via official platform APIs.
5. Third-Party Platform Dependencies
Our service relies upon APIs provided by third-party platforms, including Google LLC (Google Business Profile) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram and Facebook). You acknowledge that:
- Your use of Google and Meta features is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms.
- GoAds is not liable for temporary service interruptions, API rate limits, or account suspensions imposed directly by Google or Meta.
- Changes in third-party API policies or access tiers may require adjustments to available features within GoAds.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, UI designs, trademarks, trade secrets, logos, and algorithms comprising GoAds are the exclusive intellectual property of Ourdeals Technologies Private Limited. You retain all ownership rights in your pre-existing trademarks, trade names, logos, and original content provided to the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOADS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR GOOGLE REVIEW SCORE OR SEARCH RANKING WILL INCREASE BY ANY SPECIFIC PERCENTAGE OR METRIC.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GOADS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent review manipulation, or violate Google Play or Meta platform policies. You may terminate your account at any time via the Account Deletion feature.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
